After I marked all contacts the V-card option is not available. Only when I mark one contact. -Also you can use bluetooth with Nokia PC if your old phone, PC or laptop and new phone al have bluetooth instead of a USB cable. -For save download use the Microsoft site. Below the link of the English version of the software. Scroll down till you see header 'Documents and files' and klik on 'Nokia PC Suite (34,0 MB)' for download. Search Microsoft site for your language if available. I found a Dutch version(see second link) for myself. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/mobile/support/product/nokia-pc-suite/ Dutch/Nederlands translation/vertaling: -Bij oudere Nokia mobieltjes, zoals de oude Nokia Asha 200 van mijn moeder, is geen ondersteuning om via 'Mark All' optie V-card contacten over te zetten.
